• Minimum 2 years of experience in the recruiting field (experience in the technology field is a big plus). • Superior English fluency (verbal and written). • Experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, social platforms, etc.) and familiarity with ATS tools. • Exceptional communication skills—creative, clear, and professional. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • A proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
