📋 Description
• Zip is looking for an Events Marketing Coordinator to join as a contractor on our Growth Marketing team. • You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our small-to-mid-sized sponsored events to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance our brand presence. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to launch our campaigns effectively to drive the most ROI of each event. • You will be responsible for managing the logistics, design, reporting, and budgeting of in-person, third-party sponsored events. • You will work closely across departments with sales, brand and product marketing, demand gen, and customer marketing. • The ideal candidate is experienced in project management, sales enablement, event marketing, and has an eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. • This is a 6-month contract to start with potential for long-term employment.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in experience in event marketing or management • Experience working in or with sales • Strong project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including copywriting. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making. • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement. • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting with meticulous attention to detail
