• We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate with experience in financial analysis, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. • Proficiency in accounting software (like QuickBooks or SAP) and advanced Excel skills are essential. • You should excel at preparing financial reports, budgeting, and reconciliation, with a knack for clear communication and problem-solving. • If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute, we’d love to hear from you. • KAMI Workforce is a leader in the HR technology sector, well-proven through our hundreds of enterprise clients across various sectors. • Our success lies in our ability to provide distinctive HR solutions tailored to fit the unique people management needs of companies. • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department. • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements. • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and emails, etc. • Handling communications with other departments and vendors via slack, email, etc. • Processing transactions, updating monthly reports. • Preparing financial reports and payroll computation. • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. • Reports to Accounting Officers, and Accounting Managers. • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed. • Perform other financial and administrative responsibilities when required.

Requirements

• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and emails, etc. • Handling communications with other departments and vendors via slack, email, etc. • Processing transactions, updating monthly reports. • Preparing financial reports and payroll computation. • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. • Reports to Accounting Officers, and Accounting Managers. • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed. • Perform other financial and administrative responsibilities when required • Must be meticulous, able to work within stipulated deadlines • Above average skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. • Able to work in a fast-paced multi-national environment • Possess verbal and written English skill • Professional manner and a strong ethical code. • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
