📋 Description

• This is a 100% remote position • As a Dynamics 365 Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions • You will provide technical leadership and strategic direction to internal customers and project teams, managing the entire implementation lifecycle while working closely with business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable, high-performing, and future-ready solutions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of seven (7) plus years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture and implementation • Minimum of five (5) plus years of experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) • Experience in enterprise solution architecture, system integration, and cloud-based deployments • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, Marketing, RSO, Intelligent Order Management, and Omnichannel Chat/IVR) • Strong understanding of Power Platform (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents) • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power FX for customizations and development • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid) • Expertise in data migration, integration patterns, and API-based connectivity using Azure, SSIS, KingswaySoft, etc. • Strong knowledge of security models, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance standards (CPNI, PCI, etc.) • Hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
