• Lead end-to-end recruitment for NP/PA positions while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. • Develop and execute retention strategies aligned with company’s long-term goals. • Reinvent the recruitment program by reviewing current processes and implementing new strategies. • Establish ongoing relationships with candidates post-hire to ensure continuous alignment. • Track recruitment and retention metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment program.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or telehealth recruitment. • Self starter with experience in agency recruiting and managing high performing teams. • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with others, build rapport, and help get people excited about opportunities. • Experience with KPIs and energized by the ability to streamline recruiting processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
