• Ability to ‘Delight the Customer’ in all interactions. • Deliver first line customer support. • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Answer approximately 80-120 inbound calls and emails daily. • Process customer orders and requests with accuracy. • Field customer billing inquiries and payment requests. • Facilitate customer disputes. • Maintain working knowledge of Zoetis test menus. • Document customer interactions according to standard procedures. • Consistently achieve departmental performance requirements.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. • High school diploma required. • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service-related field required • Experience in the veterinary field preferred • Flexible schedule including nights and Saturdays required. • Positive, outgoing, ‘Delight the Customer’ attitude • Able to work both in a team environment and independently • Strong written and oral communication skills • Excellent time management, problem solving, and analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications • Experience with SAP, SalesForce.com, and/or LIS preferred.
