Description

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective management of sales processes • Build business relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and IDNs • Generate sales of the complete SS02 Therapy System • Assist in planning and participation for events and trade shows • Develop and execute tactical business plans • Accountable for staying within approved spending budgets • Promote cross-selling across ZOLL market segments • Daily interaction with field-based customers • Collaborate with marketing for effective customer education and training • Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Master's Degree preferred • 10+ years of successful selling experience into the US healthcare markets; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales required • Extensive experience in selling into complex hospital systems and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) hospitals • Experience in emerging medical technology preferred • C-suite executive presence and capabilities • Experience in C-suite relationship building and partnership • Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships in organizations (internal and external) • Track record of successful collaboration with marketing for product launches and improvement strategies • Demonstrated success selling systems, concepts and solutions at the administrative levels of a healthcare organization • Experience in communicating value benefits associated with hospital decision making • Advanced computer skills • Organization and Time Management skills
