Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field. •At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT industry. •Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the current job market. •Proven ability to attract and recruit candidates in a competitive market. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. •Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. •A proactive approach and willingness to utilize innovative sourcing techniques.
