Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in a functional consulting role, ideally within the fintech industry. • Proven experience with enterprise software implementation projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, or other business applications). • Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to analyze and document complex requirements. • Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Sharp analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
