Description

•Evaluate and enhance current sales enablement efforts, identifying areas for improvement. •Collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling messaging that resonates with our target customers. •Build and maintain a comprehensive library of sales collateral, from presentations to case studies. •Develop onboarding programs for new hires, setting them up for success from day one. •Design ongoing training focused on product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive positioning. •Lead workshops, training sessions, and webinars to keep the sales team sharp and motivated. •Work with sales leadership to set and track performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement. •Oversee sales enablement tools and ensure they are effectively used by the team. •Keep all sales materials up to date, reflecting the latest product developments. •Partner with marketing to drive lead and demand generation programs that fuel sales growth. •Support the sales team with personalized coaching, feedback, and preparation for key client meetings.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). •5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related role, ideally in SaaS or FinTech. •Deep understanding of FinTech and SaaS business models. •Proven success in developing and executing sales enablement programs. •Expertise with sales enablement tools and technology. •Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities. •Experience working cross-functionally and building strong stakeholder relationships. •A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze and improve sales performance.
