• About Zone & Co • Zone & Co is a leading provider of cloud-native software solutions built on the Oracle NetSuite platform. • Our company is dedicated to serving finance and accounting professionals by offering a portfolio of innovative apps known as Zone Apps. • As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, we empower our 1,500+ customers worldwide to work smarter, faster, and more securely while maximizing the value of the Oracle NetSuite platform. • The VP, Sales APAC will be a key player in driving Zone & Co's ambitious sales initiatives within the dynamic financial technology (SaaS) landscape. • This role will lead the development and execution of a growth strategy focused on amplifying market presence and achieving an annual recurring revenue (ARR) target of $10 million. • The VP, Sales APAC will leverage deep fintech insights, a data-driven approach, and cutting-edge sales strategies to disrupt new verticals and accelerate revenue. • This role involves leading a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring that customer experiences exceed expectations. • The VP will also oversee pipeline management, sales forecasting, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives. • Given the global nature of Zone & Co, flexibility in working hours will be key for effective collaboration across time zones.

Requirements

• Proven Leadership: 8-10 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in the SaaS or fintech space, with a demonstrated ability to drive substantial growth. • Track Record of Success: A history of scaling companies in the $30-100M revenue range, with a growth mindset and a relentless drive to exceed sales goals. • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute ambitious sales strategies that position the company for long-term success. • Exceptional People Skills: Expertise in recruiting, training, and leading remote teams, with a focus on building a culture of excellence and accountability. • Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), and a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions. • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical abilities to drive decision-making and improve sales performance. • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships remotely and negotiate high-stakes deals.
