• Identify and establish partnerships with key influencers, content creators, brands, and Web 3 companies that align with Zoop’s vision. • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive platform growth, creator engagement, and user acquisition. • Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring alignment with Zoop’s business objectives and long-term growth goals. • Manage relationships with existing partners, acting as the main point of contact to foster engagement and collaboration. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to develop co-marketing strategies and integrate partnerships into platform features. • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, using data to optimize future efforts. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably within the creator economy, Web 3, or tech industries. • Proven track record of managing and closing high-value partnerships. • Strong understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and tokenization is a plus. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. • Passion for technology and a drive for personal and professional development. • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and responsive to market changes. • Data-driven mindset, able to analyze metrics for actionable insights. • Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
