Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on non-profit clients. • Build a non-profit sales team and define competitive positioning. • Report on sales performance metrics to senior management. • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• At least seven years of relevant experience. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a software or technology company. • Strong communicator with excellent verbal presentation and writing skills. • Deep understanding of non-profit organizations and their funding models. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Excellent, experienced people manager. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute complex sales plans. • Experience using CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales tools. • Experience preparing sales forecasts for senior leadership. • A strong collaborator with a knack for cross-departmental alignment. • A go-getter excited to lead new initiatives. • Comfort working in fast-paced environments. • Willing to work some weekends and evenings. • Strong commitment to progressive values.

Benefits

• $130,000 yearly salary (base). Salaries are non-negotiable. • Discretionary monthly bonuses, range from $4,200 to $9,300 per month. • Ten company holidays, two floating holidays, and a weeklong holiday break at the end of the year. • Generous paid vacation (up to 24 days a year). • 16 weeks of paid parental leave and an additional 4 weeks of part-time, fully-paid flex time. • Fully-paid premium, $0 deductible, medical/dental/vision insurance for you and dependents. • Remote working with flexible conditions and a stipend for home office setup. • Every employee can donate 25,000 free texts to a non-profit of their choice each year.
