🎯 Requirements

• AI & Automation Leader – 10+ years in AI, automation, or ML-driven transformation, with experience leading AI initiatives at scale. • Business Transformation Experience – Demonstrated experience applying AI and automation to internal business functions, optimizing processes, and driving measurable productivity improvements. • Technical Expertise – Deep knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI (GPT, LLMs), automation tools, and AI-driven business process optimization. • Strategic Thinker – Ability to identify high-value AI opportunities, drive alignment, and execute AI initiatives with measurable impact. • Strong Communicator & Influencer – Proven ability to partner with business leaders, IT, and executive teams to drive AI adoption. • Hands-on & Agile – Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to prototype AI solutions, experiment, and iterate quickly.
