Description

• As the holiday season approaches, response times and the hiring process may be slightly extended. • Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. • We are looking for a Sourcing Manager (EMS) to assist with both tactical and strategic sourcing deliverables. • The position requires the ability to work with supply chain, engineering, finance, and legal teams. • The position also requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, negotiation skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. • This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco or San Diego.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of work experience in consumer electronics and/or supply chain roles • Must have 3+ years of experience working with high volume final assembly Contract Manufacturers in a Strategic Sourcing role within EMS or Business Operations in a NPI / fast-growing environment • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills • Ability to manage a complex program on tight timelines • Experience working in an NPI environment • Problem solving and issue resolution skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to influence cross-functionally • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
