📋 Description

• At Oura, our mission is to empower every person to own their inner potential. • We help over 2.5 million people turn insights about sleep, activity, and readiness into healthier, more balanced lives. • We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. • This is a senior individual contributor role focused on advancing the systems that power our B2B Commercial teams. • You’ll lead the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions that optimize our go-to-market systems, with a primary focus on CRM. • You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve user experience, and ensure our technology stack supports scalable growth. • Success in this role requires a strong understanding of go-to-market processes and experience designing solutions in CRM systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing CRM platforms in an IT or Business Systems environment, ideally supporting B2B revenue teams. • Deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead management, sales pipeline, renewals, quoting, and quote-to-cash workflows. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system challenges. • Hands-on experience with Hubspot CRM is required. • Nice to have: • Experience in regulated industries such as wearables, medical devices, or consumer electronics. • Familiarity with automation or integration platforms such as Workato.
