• Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. • Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. • We’re seeking an experienced Staff Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team. • This role is part of our Business Systems IT team focusing on scaling our Member Experience (MX) organization. • You will work closely with Digital Support Operations to ensure alignment and effective integration of systems and processes. • You will set priorities for leveraging business systems and data analysis across the organization. • You will share accountability for systems-related projects with other systems analysts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with business systems within an IT environment, ideally at a senior level, with significant exposure to customer experience solutions. • Expertise in customer experience technology stacks, including support CRMs, live chat platforms, AI chatbots, voice-of-customer tools, and content management platforms. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Strong capability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced, occasionally ambiguous environment, and effectively guide teams through complex challenges. • Experience operating within regulated industries and one of the following: wearables, consumer electronics, medical devices, or other specialized fields. • Experience in Customer Experience operations or consulting for customer support teams preferred. • Proven ability to work effectively across global operational time zones.
