📋 Description
• The Senior Product Marketing Manager at 15Five shapes and executes 15Five’s product marketing strategy. This includes understanding market dynamics and customer needs through market research, conveying value through compelling product positioning and messaging, and driving strong adoption of new and existing products through high-impact launches and ongoing campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years Product Marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company • Deep understanding of the HR buyer preferred • Strong product marketing portfolio driving product launch, adoption & lifecycle initiatives with senior cross-functional stakeholders • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Highspot (or similar) and willing to learn new systems as needs arise
