• Our client is an established Anti-PR agency that emphasizes a methodology aimed at delivering measurable results beyond traditional PR tactics. • They focus on disrupting the market, achieving brand exposure, and influencing public opinion to ensure a return on investment (ROI) for their clients. • They offer services in research and planning, publicity and PR, content development, press releases, and crisis management. • We are seeking highly talented and efficient Account Executive to join our team. • The purpose of the Account Executive (Sales) role is to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship management. • The Account Executive will focus on reconnecting with past clients to explore upselling opportunities, effectively resolving issues and concerns from former clients, and building strong relationships with current clients. • Additionally, the role includes conducting Anti-PR consultations to educate prospects and clients on innovative strategies that challenge traditional public relations practices. • By aligning client needs with tailored PR solutions, the Account Executive plays a crucial role in fostering client loyalty, maximizing account potential, and contributing to the overall success of the firm. • Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm EST

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the public relations or communications industry. • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and achieving sales targets, particularly in upselling and cross-selling. • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, and experience in managing sales activities within such platforms. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client conversations and resolve conflicts. • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, diagnose challenges, and recommend tailored PR solutions. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
