📋 Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of CRM (Salesforce) to take full ownership of our client CRM ecosystem and lead a team of eight CRM administrators. • This individual will lead the strategic direction, development, and day-to-day management of Salesforce to support our unique business processes and ensure optimal performance. • The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Salesforce development, system architecture, team leadership, and strategic alignment to drive results.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including system architecture, development, and administration. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect, CPQ expertise) strongly preferred. • Proven track record of designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions for unique business needs. • Experience managing teams of developers and administrators, including direct supervision of at least 5 team members. • Expertise in API integrations and third-party system connections. • Strong data management and reporting skills, including advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting tools. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
