• A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment. • Fluent in both English both spoken and written. • Possess their own laptop/desktop that meets the minimum requirements (Processor: minimum i5, RAM: minimum 8GB). • Stable and reliable internet connection. • Strong computer skills and proficiency in various software applications. • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.
