📋 Description
• We are seeking remote Real Estate Recruitment Administrator to join our team.
🎯 Requirements
• Responsible for co-managing the recruitment administration tasks, including researching and sourcing leads and prospects (data mining), list building/updates, and ATS database management. • Manage ATS database on daily basis to ensure all candidate files are entered, tracked and managed for data consistency. • Edit, organize, format and build spreadsheets with researched information, identifying where additional research is required. • Review, edit and format resumes, presentations and other documents. • Develop a strong understanding of the real estate investments, development, property management sectors of the CRED industry through research, evaluation and reporting of companies and its people. • Proactively create a database of candidates with specific skills in the various Commercial Real Estate & Development sectors. • Reach out to candidates on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Post roles and review applicant resumes. • Screen/interview candidates through video interviews. • Write candidate profiles & reference reports. • Manage email correspondence and inquiries as required. • Years of experience: 4+
