• Job Overview: • As a Salesforce CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce system. • This position is key to ensuring our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM platform. • You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the CRM system, managing user access, performing system upgrades, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. • Your expertise will help streamline our sales operations and enhance the efficiency of our sales team. • In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, and provide ongoing support and training to users. • Your ability to analyze data and generate reports will be instrumental in driving strategic decisions within the company. • This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • By leveraging your Salesforce expertise, you will help improve user adoption, maintain high data quality, and ensure seamless integration with other business applications. • Your contributions will be critical in supporting the company’s growth and operational efficiency • Work Schedule: US Day Shift

Requirements

• Education and Certification: • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Possibly a Plus • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification • Experience: • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment. • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, including upgrades and successful integration. • Technical Skills: • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities. • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access • Ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases and generate Salesforce reports. • Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Must have a laptop or desktop that meets the minimum qualifications (which connects via LAN or Ethernet cable): • Processor: • Core i5 or higher • RAM - 8GB or higher • High-Speed Internet Access / Bandwidth Requirements Minimum: • Download Speed: at least 10 Mbps • Upload Speed: at least 10 Mbps
