📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups. • Perform daily administrative tasks such as monitoring end-user usage, system upgrades, and maintenance of the CRM system. • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products by conducting regular system audits and preparing for upgrades. • Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data into Salesforce. • Maintain the sales cloud, build custom reports, and create dashboards to support sales operations. • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and cleansing duplicate entries • Manage Salesforce configuration changes such as workflow rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, and record types. • Configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other business applications • Resolve user support tickets and provide ongoing user support. • Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables. • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders to communicate platform changes and gather feedback

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Possibly a Plus • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification • 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment. • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, including upgrades and successful integration.
