Description

• Assist in improving digital employee experience (DEX) and driving revenue growth. • Identify and maintain sustainable partnerships with C-level executives in large companies. • Develop innovative strategies and tailored plans to acquire new customers. • Proactively manage existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of selling high-value, complex enterprise software solutions across various verticals such as Insurance, Retail Banking, and Finance. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of €1M+ with an average deal size of €150k+. • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology. • Excellent track record of success in individual contributor roles, focusing on winning new business and expanding within existing accounts. • Ability to develop a strategic territory plan and execute it effectively. • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging in senior-level meetings and delivering presentations in virtual selling environments. • Self-motivated, ambitious, with high energy and a drive for success. • Skilled in using a consultative, value-based approach to grow customer relationships.
