Description

• As part of a cross-functional team in the B2C domain, you will focus on managing our partner network, drafting requirements for their software and hardware solutions, and engaging in root cause analyses to provide a high platform stability. • Take an active role in supporting the software delivery process, focusing on rolling out integration solutions and gathering requirements. • Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address individual market needs and work directly with various hardware providers around their interfaces. • Drive the definition, implementation, evaluation, deployment, and enhancement of integration solutions for complex problems. • Promote best practices and maintain high technical standards while thinking critically on what could be done better. • Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes. • Drive these initiatives together with internal and external stakeholders towards rapid execution to manifest 1KOMMA5° leading role in the market. • Act as a point of contact for our partner networks and OEM partners, supporting efforts to adapt and integrate their solutions with our systems and ensure that things are always running smoothly for our customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects that span the intersection of hardware and software products. • Broad knowledge of various communication protocols typical for the renewable energy markets like Modbus, EEBUS, etc. • Excitement to perform root cause analyses for existing issues, diving deep into the technical implementation of specific hardware integrations. • Passion for maintaining a well-documented knowledge base to share information across the organisation and engage with senior leaders. • Experience or highly passionate about building innovative energy market solutions that challenge the status quo and usher in a new era of affordable and renewable energy for everyone. • Fun in solving technical challenges together with internal and external partners while owning the project execution and communicating in an effective manner. • An agile and product-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player. • Very strong written and spoken English skills, German is a plus. • Bonus points for: Experience with Modbus TCP hardware integration. • Experience building products for the energy market.
