Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with energy management systems, smart home technologies, or related fields including product lifecycle management • Ability to formulate and communicate a strategic vision for the product • In-depth knowledge of the HEMS and energy market including regulatory trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs • Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting thorough market analyses • Develop and execute comprehensive market positioning strategies for energy solutions • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in product development environments • Solid financial understanding to develop business cases and assess investment opportunities • Effective communication skills in German and English • A background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred but not required
