• Build and maintain customer relationships: Establish and nurture connections with medium and small customers through phone and email • Proactively manage existing relationships, ensure the highest satisfaction levels by addressing customer needs and concerns • Collaborate with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals • Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions • Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English and Italian is essential for this position • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales • Good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions/connectivity, and various IoT verticals is highly advantageous • Experience in working with Salesforce is considered a plus • Structured and dedicated approach to collaborating with external partners • Open-minded and dedicated team player • Practical mentality, positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge • Capable of working independently and goal-oriented, even remotely
