• Craft and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to acquiring new customers and expanding 1NCE's market share • Develop accurate forecast models and devise clear, actionable plans for successful execution of sales strategies • Work closely with the international team to achieve regional targets • Maintain a customer-obsessed mindset, constantly striving to uphold 1NCE's reputation • Collaborate with broader Sales, Partner, and Alliances Teams to forge and sustain relationships with partners • Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners
• A minimum of 5 years in consultative or direct sales within the IoT market • Showcase a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise level customer acquisition • A deep interest in the telecommunications sector, backed by successful experiences in the industry • A profound understanding of IoT Solutions, including in-depth knowledge of various IoT verticals and relevant client profiles • An eagerness to work alongside an experienced and motivated leadership team, committed to creating a high-growth company in a short timeframe • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition, showcasing your ability to expand the customer base effectively • Aptitude for developing relationships with industry partners and the ability to educate them about 1NCE's offerings • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage • Exceptional communication skills, combined with an open-minded and committed approach to teamwork • The ability to work independently with a focus on set targets, and a willingness to travel frequently as part of the role
