• We all have important information we need to manage, and protecting it should be easy. • Over 150,000 businesses and millions of people log in to 1Password to unlock smart, simple access to everything they care about. • Our vision is to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone. • As a Commissions Manager at 1Password, you will be responsible for helping to build out and administer our Sales Compensation plan. • You will be utilizing your analytical skills and business acumen in the timely and accurate calculation of sales commissions for the sales team. • This is a remote opportunity within Canada.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years experience managing the commissions process at a tech company. • Experience with reporting, analytics, and calculation of sales incentive/commission payments. • Expertise using Excel to analyze large data sets (i.e. basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with other BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. • Experience using CaptivateIQ, Looker and Salesforce an asset. • Knowledge of US GAAP not required but preferred. • Previous experience supporting or strong knowledge of sales function in a SaaS company. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the accuracy of data management. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across the organization with key stakeholders at various levels. • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills. • Ability to adapt and adjust to a high volume of changes.
