🎯 Requirements

β€’ 6+ years experience managing the commissions process at a tech company. β€’ Experience with reporting, analytics, and calculation of sales incentive/commission payments. β€’ Expertise using Excel to analyze large data sets (i.e. basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with other BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. β€’ Experience using CaptivateIQ, Looker and Salesforce an asset. β€’ Knowledge of US GAAP not required but preferred. β€’ Previous experience supporting or strong knowledge of sales function in a SaaS company. β€’ Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the accuracy of data management. β€’ Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across the organization with key stakeholders at various levels. β€’ Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills. β€’ Ability to adapt and adjust to a high volume of changes.
