Description

• Over 150,000 businesses and millions of people log in to 1Password for secure access • The Solutions Architect team guides customers through advanced solutions implementation • Engage directly with customers to implement 1Password products like Device Trust, SSO, etc. • Collaborate with teams and write/manage content for internal use • Create materials for learning about 1Password

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with preference for experience in a SaaS/Security/Technology environment • An understanding of IdP providers • A basic understanding of SaaS products and cloud infrastructure • The ability to take on new technologies and products quickly • A proven ability to work with other team members • A love for creating and testing solutions • A desire for creating great documentation • A strong interest or history working within cybersecurity • A strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge
