β€’ We all have important information we need to manage, and protecting it should be easy. β€’ Over 150,000 businesses and millions of people log in to 1Password to unlock smart, simple access to everything they care about. β€’ Our vision is to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone, and our culture values simplicity, honesty and a human-centric approach to solving problems. β€’ As the Commercial Sales Leader at 1Password, you will be responsible for leading the Commercial sales team within the EMEA region. β€’ You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new customer acquisition and expand the existing account base. β€’ Your leadership will be crucial in scaling our Commercial space market share, building a high-performing team, and ensuring we exceed our sales targets. β€’ You will leverage your expertise in cybersecurity, particularly in Identity Access Management, to guide your team in positioning 1Password’s solutions. β€’ This is a remote opportunity within the UK.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience working in the SaaS industry in a similar capacity, which includes 2+ years of experience leading a team. β€’ Proven Sales Leadership, within SaaS with a focus on Commercial accounts or Top Performance in Commercial Sales as an IC ready to step up. β€’ Strong background in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth. β€’ Knowledge and Ability to Coach reps on taking a multi threaded approach to Commercial Accounts β€’ Deep understanding of cybersecurity, preferably in Identity Access Management, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad audience. β€’ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring sales professionals. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and strategy. β€’ Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events. β€’ Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
