β’ 5+ years of experience working in the SaaS industry in a similar capacity, which includes 2+ years of experience leading a team. β’ Proven Sales Leadership, within SaaS with a focus on Commercial accounts or Top Performance in Commercial Sales as an IC ready to step up. β’ Strong background in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth. β’ Knowledge and Ability to Coach reps on taking a multi threaded approach to Commercial Accounts β’ Deep understanding of cybersecurity, preferably in Identity Access Management, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad audience. β’ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring sales professionals. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and strategy. β’ Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events. β’ Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
