• 4-5 years of sales operations experience in an individual contributor capacity, demonstrated ability in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, or experience in a similar role - preferably at a SaaS company • Analytical background with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail and process • Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ and an ability to resolve common errors on cross-objects within Salesforce • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work collaboratively alongside our sales teams, managing & prioritizing competing demands • Ability to work cross functionally with finance, legal, and billing engineers to translate our processes, and adapt or evolve the deal desk function • Desire to build relationships and capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization • Ability to handle conflict and navigate discussions to productive outcomes • You possess an analytical mindset with a mature skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data from Salesforce. • Required: Salesforce related experience and/or documented training certification. • Collaborate with global teams to understand their operational needs and strategies • Ensure consistent use of sales technologies and adherence to best practices
