Requirements

• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to engage and develop relationships, sharing information effectively across all professional levels. • Experience in a customer-facing role with a preference for experience in a SaaS/Security/Technology environment. • Possesses the ability to communicate technical information in a way that is accessible and appealing to a general audience. • Demonstrates superior presentation and writing skills. • Possesses a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality standards. • Demonstrates a high level of adaptability, effectively managing multiple projects concurrently while upholding exceptional quality standards. • Possess strong time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced work environment. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting. • It’s a bonus if you have personal experience with 1Password or another password manager—while not required, it’ll help you gain confidence quickly in this role.
