Description

• Work with customer stakeholders to ensure onboarding success with mParticle’s SDKs and APIs • Support EMEA customers post sales • Provide technical expertise and best practices on the mParticle platform • Project manage implementations for timely go-lives • Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and services • Author content for the Customer Knowledge Base and Blog • Travel as needed to customers

Requirements

• 4 year undergraduate degree • 3-5 years client-facing experience as a Solutions Consultant or in technical solutions implementation or technology consulting roles • Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • General knowledge of various digital marketing tools: analytics, attribution, ad serving, DMPs, push, social media • General knowledge of data driven marketing practices: audiences, retargeting, exclusions etc. • Mobile marketing and technology experience is a huge plus particularly deploying and supporting RESTful APIs & mobile SDKs and performing and supporting customer data integrations • Based in the United Kingdom
