• Company Description: Rewst is a tool designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to streamline and automate their processes. • Position Overview: As a Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor and product advocate, driving the success of Rewst. • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. • Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits. • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships. • Technical Documentation: Contribute to creating detailed technical documentation. • Training and Enablement: Provide training to internal sales teams. • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback to contribute to product development. • Solution Selling: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience. • Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the MSP space. • Strong programming skills in Python and PowerShell. • Knowledge of automation and MSP technologies. • In-depth understanding of MSP operations and challenges. • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell. • Familiarity with automation platforms and their application in business processes. • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
