β€’ Partner with potential customers to support their Hex evaluations β€’ Leverage your product, ecosystem, and technical expertise to support potential customers β€’ Work with the Sales team to help prospects understand challenges and connect to Hex’s value β€’ Own technical evaluation and set customers up for long-term success β€’ Source and synthesize critical product feedback for internal teams β€’ Project manage architecture, security, and technical reviews β€’ Develop content to support users in evaluations β€’ Travel to customer on-sites and marketing events as needed

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4+ years experience in a technical Pre-Sales role β€’ Familiarity with data science tooling and workflows, including Python, SQL, and BI tools β€’ A strong track record of talking to customers and solving their problems β€’ Excellent communicator who builds empathy and shares feedback β€’ A generalist technical skillset with passion for technology and problem solving β€’ Experience or interest in working in an early-stage startup environment β€’ Location preference for on the East Coast - US Based
