β’ Work with Account Executives to qualify and Support customers throughout trials/PoCs and launch. β’ Raise insights and trends identified from customer interactions β’ Work with engineering team to resolve customer issues β’ 6 + years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering or sales engineering β’ Deep experience with using/operating one of the large cloud providers AWS/GCP/Azure β’ Hands-on experience with at least one programming language. β’ Experienced with PostgreSQL and SQL β’ Experience working in enterprise environments and customers β’ Understanding of how setup and operate a container orchestration tool (K8s, ECS, etc) β’ Self-guided, Resourceful, Excellent communicator β’ Genuine interest in understanding the issues and use cases our customers are solving β’ English as spoken and written English to be able to write solid documentation for new features you develop.
