Description

• Seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Management for healthcare solutions. • Drive product strategy and ensure alignment with customer needs. • Own the evolution of the platform by translating goals into actionable roadmaps. • Drive product innovation addressing data challenges and strategic priorities. • Align cross-functional stakeholders for cohesive product execution. • Shape the product roadmap addressing payer and provider needs with OKR ownership. • Conduct market research refining insights into healthcare needs. • Partner with engineering to guide product strategy and drive adoption. • Define pricing and inform competitive positioning for capabilities. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in product development. • Attract and lead a high-performing product management team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building products for enterprise infrastructure software. • 10+ years of experience in product management and product strategy. • Deep understanding of the payer landscape, including regulatory challenges. • Understand data and use qualitative and quantitative data to back-up product decisions. • Leadership and team building skills with 5+ years of experience. • Great executer with successful product concept creation and delivery. • Hands-on and a self-starter. • Great communication and relationship skills.
