Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field(s) • 8+ years relevant experience • consulting experience and mindset • ability to learn and apply new skills across interdisciplinary fields • highest ethical standards • project management track record • ability to collaborate well with people at all levels • great initiative, creativity, and curiosity • excellent communication and presentation skills • strong attention to detail • confidence, enthusiasm, humility, and discretion • willingness for periodic travel • experience related to national, state, and local building codes • experience related to national and state appliance standards • experience related to building performance standards • experience related to battery storage, building energy modeling, building decarbonization, and more
