• Requirement gathering: Identify, structure, and document business and technical requirements. • Process improvement: Analyze workflows and propose enhancements. • Stakeholder coordination: Align expectations across teams. • Technical specification: Develop structured requirement documents with architects. • Implementation support: Ensure requirements are correctly translated into functional solutions. • Lifecycle management: Maintain requirement traceability and consistent documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in Requirements Engineering or a related role within fintech/blockchain. • Strong understanding of trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations. • DLT technologies experience is a plus. • Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methodologies. • Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA and Confluence. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, bridging technical and business perspectives. • Fluent in English; German is a considerable advantage.
