• Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Analyse und Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse • Verantwortung für die Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer IT-Lösungen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Aufnahme und Bewertung von Anforderungen • Steuerung und Begleitung von Projekten zur technischen Implementierung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen zur Anforderungsaufnahme und Lösungspräsentation • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit der implementierten Lösungen • Begleitung von Projekten zur Einführung und Optimierung von SAP- und/oder Salesforce-Systemen im nationalen und internationalen Kontext
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-Modulen (z.B. SD, MM, FI/CO) und/oder Salesforce-Cloud-Lösungen • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit gängigen Methoden wie PRINCE2 oder Scrum • Starkes analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten • Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination von Projekten • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
