• Manage and execute day to day paid social media campaign strategy, maintaining budgets, building and executing campaigns, and monitoring campaign performance in support of client goals and innovation • Develop strong working relationships with vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test and learn opportunities • Analyze data to write insights and recommendations in media reports that will help inform client action • Identify the variables that can be optimized and execute optimization • Assist Senior Media Strategist and Media Director with creating media plans to achieve client goals • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
• 1-2+ years’ experience in social platform buying experience • Comfort navigating and building campaigns from the Ads Managers of at least 1-2 paid social platforms, or have relevant experience within other self-serve platforms • A demonstrated passion for and understanding of ad offerings and paid capabilities across Social Media vendors • An elevated mathematical/analytical aptitude with comfortability using Excel • Ability to pull reports from the platform ads manager to inform insights and build client-facing decks • Commitment to excellence — due diligence to ensure all projects are completed with a high level of quality, working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
