Description

• Provide support in all administrative areas to the Senior Vice President, Vice-Presidents, Directors and Personnel. • Review and understand contract requirements for the division and assist and advise managers with tracking, reporting, and compliance. • Update monthly labor and travel spreadsheets and ensure timely submission of monthly contractual requirements as directed. • Maintain awareness of security requirements for division personnel and ensure documentation is accurate and submitted on timely basis. • Support contract execution with technical writing/editing for customer products that is compliant with format, content and schedule requirements. • Coordinate communications inside the division and across the company to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of resources in support of the mission and requirements. • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and customers as appropriate in support of contract required policy and procedures. • Manage formal Travel Requests to include approvals, expenses, funding, and invoicing. • Monitor project funding; maintain awareness of current status and future needs. • Live and Virtual team meeting scheduling, management and execution. • Ability to focus and work independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree – either a major in or 24 semester equivalent hours in accounting, business, law, contracts, purchasing, office administration or management, industrial management. • Work experience may be considered as a substitute for the degree requirement. • Five (5) years of experience related to contract management/administration and technical writing. • Previous experience and or understanding of military organization, policy and contracting. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel). • Superior attention to details. • Efficient and accurate work output. • Good communication and writing skills. • Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated. • Must be able to multi-task and maintain deadline punctuality during pressurized situations. • Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance desired.
