Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business ops, or a similar role • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic and actionable insights • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with AI tools is a plus
