This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to work closely with the production team and customers.

Requirements

• You are creative, persistent, and have a dynamic personality. • You are comfortable working in a scaling startup environment. • You adapt quickly and value collaboration. • You are tech-savvy and navigate internal tools and customer communications quickly. • Prior experience with Point-of-Sale software, Payment Systems or Customer Service is a plus.
