🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience in the U.S. and 1+ year in Canada, including multi-location payroll. • 2+ years of experience administering U.S. benefits, including enrollments, reconciliations, and compliance. • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. • Ability to think critically and identify payroll discrepancies or process inefficiencies before they become issues. • Proven ownership mentality—you take initiative, drive projects forward, and ensure payroll processes run seamlessly. • Strong communication skills—you can clearly explain complex payroll and benefits topics to employees and stakeholders. • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Nice-to-Haves: • Experience administering Canadian benefits. • Experience with UKG Core and Workforce Management modules. • Strong analytical skills and experience improving payroll processes through automation or continuous improvement initiatives. • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, proactively solve problems, and scale processes in a growing company.
