📋 Description

• Bring your IT career and talents to CDW. • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Functional Resource. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Global Workday Payroll system. • This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, Workday functionality, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations. • Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Payroll modules. • Analyze and optimize payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of payroll data within the Workday system. • Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT departments to gather requirements and address any system-related issues. • Provide training and support to payroll users. • Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and standards. • Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights. • Stay current with Workday updates, enhancements, and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience working with Workday Payroll, including system implementation and configuration. • Or, 9 years of experience working with Workday Payroll, including system implementation and configuration. • Proficiency in Workday HCM and Payroll modules. • Strong understanding of payroll processes, data management, and reporting. • Ability to analyze complex payroll issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience in managing payroll projects, including scoping, planning, and execution. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Workday Payroll Certification, a plus. • Experience in a similar role within a large organization, a plus. • Knowledge of other Workday modules such as Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Benefits Administration, a plus. • Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple regions, a plus.
