• Leading and Managing the LENs EoE programme, setting a high standard in work and as an ambassador for LENs and 3Keel both internally and externally • Working with the EoE Strategic Committee to ensure clear and transparent governance of the LENs. • Ensuring that LENs EoE aligns with the LENs Code and protocols. • Collaborating with Central LENs and wider LENs networks to share knowledge and experiences of measures and outcomes. • Working with the Central LENs team to manage the delivery of the monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) programme in the EoE LENs. • Working with the Central LENs team develop and nurture relationships with existing key clients. • Identifying new demand side partners and working with them to engage with and get involved in LENs. • Working closely with farmers and other landholders and organisations that will help to pool the supply of measures, to understand risks and identify and/or facilitate appropriate nature-based solutions to help mitigate those risks. • Working with diverse stakeholder groups within the East of England (and wider supply chain area) to organise and facilitate information workshops and present information in a non-technical manner to partners and stakeholders.
• Experience of working in the natural capital, ecosystem services and/or environmental sector • Proficiency in managing and leading projects from initiation to completion, using systems and tools available to ensure deliverables are to a high quality, on time and within budget • Working knowledge of UK agriculture sector, or close equivalents - production, supply chains, policy, conservation, etc • Experience of leading and managing multi-year multiple stakeholder programmes of work • Self-starter and driven • Ability to manage budgets and control costs, good excel skills • Adept at both supporting colleagues and team working at all levels • Excellent client relationship management abilities • Organised and systematic approach to work • Ability to engage with and work across a range of client-based teams with different levels of technical understanding, perspectives and needs • Experience and confidence in engaging with corporate clients with an ability to accommodate a range of different business cultures and perspectives • Organised and systematic approach to work • Clear and engaging writing style, excellent verbal communication and the ability to present complex information in a client-friendly way
