Description
• Managing a defined set of key accounts in Germany by implementing corporate initiatives and positioning 3M as the preferred signage and graphics partner • Growing our signage and graphics business with the assigned accounts above market • Strengthening customer relationships with converters, B2B end-customers, and municipalities in Germany • Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and win new projects • Make use of our CRM system to plan, manage and document your sales activities
Requirements
• Proven B2B sales experience selling technical products • Fluent German and good English language skills are a must • Willingness to travel extensively in the region of Germany (>3 days) • Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities • High motivation and a self-starter mentality paired with a strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent team collaboration abilities. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education • Experience or knowledge of graphics and traffic safety market and/or related product solutions is beneficial • Experience of working with municipalities is a plus • Experience of working in a large and complex corporate environment is desired
