β’ Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World β’ Managing a defined set of key accounts in Germany by implementing corporate initiatives β’ Growing our signage and graphics business with the assigned accounts β’ Strengthening customer relationships with converters, B2B end-customers, and municipalities in Germany β’ Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and win new projects β’ Make use of our CRM system to plan, manage and document your sales activities
β’ Proven B2B sales experience selling technical products β’ Fluent German and good English language skills are a must β’ Willingness to travel extensively in the region of Germany (>3 days) β’ Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities β’ High motivation and a self-starter mentality paired with a strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent team collaboration abilities. β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent education (additional qualification) β’ Experience or knowledge of graphics and traffic safety market and/or related product solutions is beneficial β’ Experience of working with municipalities is a plus β’ Experience of working in a large and complex corporate environment is desired
