β€’ Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World β€’ Managing a defined set of key accounts in Germany by implementing corporate initiatives β€’ Growing our signage and graphics business with the assigned accounts β€’ Strengthening customer relationships with converters, B2B end-customers, and municipalities in Germany β€’ Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and win new projects β€’ Make use of our CRM system to plan, manage and document your sales activities

Requirements

β€’ Proven B2B sales experience selling technical products β€’ Fluent German and good English language skills are a must β€’ Willingness to travel extensively in the region of Germany (>3 days) β€’ Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities β€’ High motivation and a self-starter mentality paired with a strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent team collaboration abilities. β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education (additional qualification) β€’ Experience or knowledge of graphics and traffic safety market and/or related product solutions is beneficial β€’ Experience of working with municipalities is a plus β€’ Experience of working in a large and complex corporate environment is desired
