• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • Initiates and designs plans to implement Global procurement solutions • Establishes close working relationships with business unit management and suppliers • Performs complex contract negotiations • Proactively communicates project direction and status with key management • Recommends and influences management decisions in the area of procurement solutions • Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements • Minimizes product and process cost by leading cost-reduction efforts
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Five (5) years of combined sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and/or chemical & polymer engineering experience in a private, public, government, or military environment • Experience leading supplier negotiations • Strong aptitude for working within a global environment • Supplier relationship management • Attention to detail • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders • Strong oral communication skills, including multiple languages • Project management training, experience and aptitude
